Raymond Kerby

b. 25 Oct 1925

Studied for Honours degree in German at Queen Mary College 1942-1950, with 4 years out in the Army.

Following teacher training, taught in Berlin, Middlesex and St. Joseph's College, Ipswich.

Studied for the priesthood at the Beda College, Rome 1958-1962 and ordained at St. John Lateran in 1962.

Between 1962 and 1969 curate at Cambridge, Norwich and Luton.

From 1969 until 1978 Parish Priest at Haverhill.

From 1978 until 1981 Parish Priest at Hadleigh in Suffolk

and from then to the present Parish Priest at St. Ives, Cambridgeshire.
